Terms of Use

By accessing, connecting to Orbit, or purchasing ORBIT PILOT, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy incorporated into them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service or complete a purchase.

“Orbit,” “we,” “us,” or “Operator” means the operator providing the Orbit Service; a brand name is not a statement of any particular legal entity. The operator and related service information should be confirmed in the App Store and on the official website.

Orbit is an iOS client that provides VPN/Packet Tunnel connections, relay selection, smart or global routing, DNS configuration, routing rules, kill-switch protection, trusted networks, MultiHop, connection statistics, and related settings. Features, relays, and subscription benefits may vary with region, account status, system version, network conditions, and remote policy.

Orbit does not control every website, app, relay operator, DNS resolver, ISP, or Apple. Third-party services may have their own terms, speeds, content restrictions, retention practices, and availability.

• You must be legally permitted to use the network service in your location and comply with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party network rules;
• If you are below the age of independent consent where you live, use the Service only with a parent or guardian’s consent and guidance;
• You are responsible for a compatible iOS device, network connection, system permissions, and any required App Store account;
• A VPN may change traffic paths, DNS resolution, and app behavior. Confirm that it will not disrupt critical work or device management before connecting.

Orbit may offer ORBIT PILOT auto-renewable subscriptions or other digital benefits through the App Store. Before purchase, review the price, currency, period, trial/offer, and applicable taxes shown by Apple; the purchase is subject to Apple’s confirmation.

• Apple processes payment; Orbit does not receive your full payment-card information;
• If a product is an auto-renewable subscription, it renews under App Store rules unless you cancel it as required in your Apple Account settings;
• You can view, change, or cancel a subscription in Apple’s subscription management. Apple handles refunds, billing disputes, and failed payments under Apple’s rules;
• Orbit may validate the StoreKit transaction with the Service. A failed validation, refund, revocation, or expiry may affect benefit delivery;
• Subscription benefits may be used only as described on the purchase screen and under applicable family-sharing/account rules. They may not be resold or exchanged for cash.

Use Orbit only for lawful, legitimate purposes that do not infringe another person’s rights. Unless applicable law expressly permits it, you must not:

• Commit fraud, theft, harassment, threats, child exploitation, intellectual-property infringement, or another unlawful act;
• Access, scan, attack, interfere with, or damage any device, network, account, relay, or third-party service without authorization;
• Distribute malware, spam, phishing material, or use the Service for large-scale automated abuse;
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, crack, modify, scrape in bulk, copy, or redistribute the Service or its protocols/relay configuration;
• Bypass subscription, regional, rate, identity, access, or security restrictions, or help another person do so;
• Use Orbit to resell, share accounts, rent relays, or provide an unauthorized commercial proxy service.

To the extent permitted by law, we may investigate suspected abuse and apply rate limits, disconnection, suspension, or termination based on risk.

The Orbit app, interface, brand, marks, copy, software, graphics, relay directory, and configurations supplied by the Operator or its licensors are owned by them and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. While you comply with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Service on a compatible device that you own or control.

Except as expressly allowed by law or written permission, you may not copy, sell, rent, distribute, adapt, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative products from the Service. Feedback you send may be used to improve the Service without compensation; you must ensure that your feedback does not infringe another person’s rights.

We may add, remove, limit, or modify Service features for maintenance, security, legal, supplier, relay, product, or technical reasons. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice, but not every change can be announced in advance.

You may stop using Orbit at any time. If you breach these Terms, create risk, ask us to stop, or law, Apple, or infrastructure providers require it, we may suspend or terminate all or part of the Service. Termination does not affect accrued payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, or dispute terms; Apple subscription cancellation and refunds remain subject to Apple’s rules.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that it will be continuous, uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, fit for your specific purpose, or achieve a particular speed, location, privacy, unblocking, or security result. We do not warrant that every relay, website, DNS service, or third-party content will be available.

To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss; loss of profit, data, or goodwill; or loss caused by a third-party service, network failure, device issue, content, regulatory action, or force majeure. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law and except where mandatory consumer protections apply, the Operator’s total liability for direct loss arising from the relevant Service event will not exceed the fees you actually paid for the Orbit Service during the twelve months before that event.

We may update these Terms when features, prices, law, or operations change. The updated version will be posted here and through the in-app entry, and material changes will be highlighted to the extent required by law. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept it; if you disagree, stop using the Service.
